Mission Statement

The primary goals of the Community Development Program are to improve housing conditions;
improve Public Facilities; and improve and enhance the quality of life for county residents.
These goals are achieved through a variety of functions and activities related to
Community and Economic Development and the provision of public services through financial assistance
to communities, organizations, and individuals in the county.
